Refunds
Registrations cancelled more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid.
Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event are no longer eligible for a refund, however, it will be possible to transfer your registration to a colleague via Eventbrite.
Hotels
All participants are responsible for making their own reservations for accommodation during the Biennale.
You are welcome to make your own arrangements or use one of the hotels that have agreements with the Biennale.
